When Irish baby Tessa was born, many noticed. Yes, this lovely infant was born noseless.

Tessa’s parents were recommended to abort her pregnancy once the abnormalities were found, but they refused. Since the baby was growing in the womb, they thought she may have a normal life after birth.

Tessa’s parents were happy to raise a remarkable kid.

Tessa turned four today.

She has had several procedures to live a regular life as much as possible.

Unfortunately, this girl has more than a nose problem. She’s deaf and recently underwent surgery that blinded one eye.

Though difficult, Tessa is a joyful child. She enjoys life and having loving parents and siblings.

Her mother believes physicians can improve her life over time.
